AC Shadows Introduces Bizarre Attack on Titan Event for Thanksgiving
In a bizarre partnership that challenges conventional forecasts, the game developer has unveiled an in-game partnership between Assassin's Creed Shadows and the popular anime series Attack on Titan. The unexpected holiday event runs from November 25 through December 22, including complimentary bonus story content for Shadows players.
Mysterious Adventure Disclosed
According to the formal release, "An unusual confrontation draws heroes Naoe and Yasuke into a new mission, where rumors of banned rituals and terrifying transformations echo through the shadows." The plot introduces a "unusually dressed woman named Ada" who assigns the pair with journeying into the Crystal Cave—a important location from Attack on Titan—to liberate her ally from a secret group.
The adventure concentrates on "peculiar tests and a terrifying adversary" and is open to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.
Iconic Locations and Metamorphoses
The trailer features the Hidden Temple from Attack on Titan redesigned as the Crystal Cave. This important location was earlier where the Reiss royal family passed down the Founding Titan ability through ages. The trailer finishes with a striking scene showing a character, likely the captive, changing into a Titan that looms over Naoe and Yasuke.
Unique Items and Additional Content
Players who accomplish the adventure will acquire an exclusive katana together with multiple items secreted throughout the area in secret chests. The update also contains premium Attack on Titan item packs, offering:

Third Free Story Update
